NEW 2013-14 CONTEST CALENDAR

 

CHANGING CONTEST MUSIC SELECTIONS:

If you need to change a music selection for Concert Contest, you may do so up to 7 days prior to the first day of the contest.  Please email us the change(s) you would like to make, be sure to include the new composer, as well as the UIL code number.  Once we have made the change in uilforms.com, we will email you a confirmation. If you are new to Region 18 or have moved to a new school (within Region 18), please register at uilforms.com as soon as possible.  Everyone will register in Region 18 as the main region. 

 

 SMALL SCHOOL REMINDERS (Class 1A, 2A, & 3A): 

UILFORMS.COM REGISTRATION:  Class 1A through 3A band directors will register in Region 18, and select Region 26 as your alternate region.  This is to facilitate Marching Contest entry procedures, with Region 26.

MARCHING CONTEST:  Enter through Region 26 and mail your check & forms to Jim Van Zandt, per his website information.

CONCERT & SIGHTREADING CONTESTS:  Enter through Region 18 and mail check and forms to Gerald Babbitt, per our website information.

 

TWIRLING CONTEST will be in conjunction with the South Zone Band S&E again this year.  See the complete list of dates & sites for the accurate information.
